We start with a free 30-minute webconference to discuss your current challenges and key target areas of improvement. One of the outcomes of this call will be an estimated composition of attendees.

From that webconference, ArkTech Perspectives will prepare a tailored workshop agenda that we present to you on a second 30-minute webconference. Sample topics include:

Once you approve the agenda, we will request some information about the attendees and work with you to schedule logistics for a 4-hour workshop at the location of your choice. (Note: Workshops may be combined with Six Thinking Hats meeting facilitation in increments of 4 hours.)

For a fee of $4,000 plus travel expenses, our facilitator will travel to your location and lead an interactive workshop for your team of up to 25 participants.

The workshop will begin by guiding each attendee to define their personal criteria for success for the workshop, and we will measure the workshop against those criteria at the end of the workshop.

Follow-up surveys will be sent 7, 45, and 90 days after the workshop to gauge how effectively the workshop addressed your current challenges and key target areas of improvement.
